Geri Weinfeld is a seasoned investor relations and corporate communications consultant with over 25 years of experience in investor relations, finance, and public relations. In 2022, she joined Snyk, a leading cybersecurity company, to establish and lead its investor relations program in preparation for a future IPO.

Previously, Geri was Vice President of Investor Relations at Xperi, where she managed communications through major corporate milestones, including the acquisition of DTS by Tessera in 2016 and the company’s subsequent rebranding as Xperi Corporation. In 2019, she oversaw communications for Xperi’s merger with TiVo Corporation and led investor relations for the combined entity, Xperi Holding Corporation, until 2022.

From 2011 to 2014, Geri served as Investor Relations consultant for Nexon Co. Ltd., a Tokyo-based online gaming company, helping guide its $1.2 billion IPO. Earlier in her career, she held senior investor relations roles at Activision Blizzard, Autobytel.com, and Buy.com, and began her career as a NASDAQ market maker at a full-service brokerage firm in Washington, D.C.

Geri currently serves on the boards of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Los Angeles chapter and the Cancer Support Community of Los Angeles.
